Enrollment Steps &
Application Timeline

1.) Connect with Our Enrollment Specialist

Speak with our enrollment specialist, Alexa, to answer any of your immediate questions.  For ease and convenience, she will be in touch with you via text message as long as you provided your phone number within the next business day.  We have a quick video that answers all the FAQs to get you the information you need quickly.

2.) Attend a Group Pre-Admissions Tour

Book a Pre-Admissions Tour to explore all that StoryHeights Montessori has to offer and learn about what spots we currently have available. Your Pre-Admissions Tour is designed to give you the opportunity to meet our leadership, connect with our team, and see our classrooms in action in a small group environment. You’ll experience our Montessori environment first-hand, be able to ask any questions you may have, and you'll gain a clear and complete picture of our program before moving forward in the enrollment process.

Group tours are typically held on Friday mornings to minimize classroom disruptions and provide you with an authentic view of the children’s morning full educational work cycle. Tours last about 30–45 minutes, so you can get on with the rest of your day with ease. If Fridays don’t fit your schedule, please let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange a time that works best for your family.

3.) Apply

Once you've completed your Pre-Admissions Tour, you will receive a link to our application form. To join our admissions waitlist, you must complete the form and submit a one-time, non-refundable $75 application fee. This fee is required for consideration but does not apply toward tuition.

4.) Decisions

We operate at 100% capacity with a waitlist throughout the school year. Children are admitted from our admissions waitlist on a rolling basis as spaces become available. Occasionally, openings arise mid-year if a family relocates or decides to withdraw for any reason, so we encourage everyone to apply.

Current families receive updated tuition rates in January and are given priority re-enrollment through February. Beginning in late February or early March, we start offering placements to families on our waitlist for the upcoming school year.

Most openings become available in the summer when our kindergarten students transition to elementary school. At that time, we move toddlers up to the primary classroom and infants into the toddler classroom. Any remaining spots are then offered to families in the order in which they applied.
